Okay, everyone always wonders just what is going on here. No, they aren't witches peforming a satanic rite. This is a group of artists, dressed up for fun one night in Virginia City, Nevada, who happened upon a power pole with one very unhappy (and vocal) cat on top, wishing he wasn't there.
